Improve Gas Mileage
There are many ways to improve gas mileage when we drive our car, truck, RV or other vehicle but most of us do not take advantage of them. Why do we not take advantage of them? It usually means changing our habits or changing the way we like to drive.
Here is a perfect example of what I am talking about. We all know that if we drive on the interstate at a slower speed we will improve gas mileage. If the speed limit is 70 MPH (miles per hour) many of us drive over 70 and just a few of us drive under 70 MPH. Its a known face that if we drive slower that our gas mileage will go up. For most of our vehicles we find we get our best gas mileage between 55 and 60. Do we slow down and drive 55 to get that better gas mileage? I know I do not and I bet that you don't either. I rarely see anybody going very slow on the interstate by my house. I-12 has a 70 MPH limit and people fly past me if I go slower than 70 and if I was to slow down to 55 MPH it would cause a traffic backup when it is the rush hour.
Most people are just like me when they
drive, they usually go the speed limit or just over it by a couple
of miles per hour. I would like to improve gas mileage just a few
miles per gallon of gas but change my driving habits, I don't think
So what can I do to improve gas mileage?
Here is a list of driving habits that usually will improve gas mileage.
If you are like most people you are not
going to do any of the above with the exception of maybe using a gas
additive. Gas additives usually help clean the fuel injectors and
other parts of the engine that delivers and ignites the gas. Some
increase the octane of the gas but when it comes to seeing an
increase in gas mileage it is almost null or little to no increase.
Improve gas mileage without doing any of the above.
Yes, you improve gas mileage without changing your driving habits or doing any of the things listed above. You can also save money every time you fill up your tank.

Your body is like your car. If your body
does not get what it needs it does not run as well as it should.
Improve your health by eating good foods that are low in fat and
high in fiber. Your car needs good gas with the octane level that
the manufacture calls for. Likewise your body needs good food with
the proper vitamins in them. Improve your own bodies gas mileage by
